Hi there! Thank you so much! I am completely self taught I'm afraid, about a couple of years ago I started experimenting with materials and from there I have slowly got more refined and detailed. Haven't read a single book or watched any kind of tutorial... I am thinking of doing my own soon though, I will keep you posted!

do you use coloured paper or do you colour the whole bird after you glued everything together?

Thank you so much!! :D I use a combo actually, some coloured paper for a base colour and then some white for easy colouring with paint. Wahtever works best for the feather in question. :)

Hi there! I have stuck a very thin craft wire on the underside of each tail feather to give it rigidity and form :)
